Barnie’s Coffee & Tea Co. has been roasting, packaging, and delivering coffee to grocers for over 40 years. Specializing in flavored coffees that are both unique and delicious, they make their price point within everyone’s reach.

From its beginnings as a single café, to the mainstay coffee joint of over 125 shopping malls in the 90’s, then shifting to nationwide grocery chains and online sales, Barnie’s Coffee & Tea Co. is a household name for gourmet coffee.

The Challenge

Barnie’s Coffee & Tea Co. looked to grow their eCommerce presence and sales. To accomplish this, they wished to outsource management of several digital media campaigns. With a full rebrand, Barnie’s also needed new, on-brand creative designed to keep a consistent look and feel.

How I Helped

I worked closely with the marketing department of Barnie’s Coffee & Tea Co. to perform industry competitive keyword research and aggregated data across Google Analytics, Google Adwords, and other sources. I managed a team to help mine this this data in order to build out new SEM campaigns on Adwords and Bing. In addition, I designed new, on-brand creative campaigns with the lens of sales and conversion at the top of mind.

Results

Myself and my team, while consistently and profitably growing each month and quarter (YoY), grew sales 52% for SEM and 26% for programmatic display campaigns for Barnie’s Coffee & Tea Co.
